A castle in Germany, an iron gate that frames the building exactly, and enough cobblestone for a train to be laid out properly. This was a Greek Orthodox wedding held far from where that tradition usually takes place, and the setting gave the day a quiet grandeur that no hall could.

The castle
The gates, the courtyard and the lawn behind the house carried the whole portrait session. A dark car at the foot of the steps, the gate opening onto the facade, and a courtyard wide enough that a veil could be opened out across it without anything else in the frame. A German castle does not need dressing — it only needs the right distance and the right hour.
Weddings in Germany
I am based in Serbia and travel for weddings across Europe — Germany, Italy, Montenegro, Switzerland and Malta among them. Travel is quoted separately and kept simple: one photographer, no crew to accommodate, no lighting rigs in your ceremony.
The full wedding
The whole of that day is here: a Greek wedding in Germany — from the preparations to the last hour of the party.
